I had the pleasure of capturing Lauren and Ieuan’s wedding at Tiffany’s Maleny after their decade long journey. They were melting hearts from their first look until their dancefloor shenanigans on this beautiful South East Queensland winter’s day.

They’ve been an absolute team since day dot, navigating high school physics class, the infamous moment where Ethan literally had to push Ieuan out of a bush to get him to ask Lauren out and backing each other through university, army life and keeping strong across thousands of kilometers of long distance.

When it came time for the ceremony, the vows stole the show, tracing their path from sharing a classroom as kids to promising to grow old, grey and deeply in love, side by side. It was a day filled with so many raw laughs, a light tear or two behind the lens and probably the most appropriate technique I’ve seen to calm Dad’s nerves during his first look with Lauren.
